Need Drop Taxi: Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking with Need Drop Taxi, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

2. User Responsibilities:

2.1. All information provided during booking, whether online, by email, or phone, must be accurate. Need Drop Taxi reserves the right to update or correct details to ensure reliable service.

2.2. Using Need Drop Taxi services does not grant intellectual property rights.

2.3. Do not use our services for unauthorized, unlawful purposes or actions that disrupt operations.

2.4. Do not attempt to access data unrelated to your booking or other Need Drop Taxi users.

2.5. Avoid any behavior that damages Need Drop Taxi’s reputation.

2.6. Payments for rides or services must be completed in full.

2.7. Treat Need Drop Taxi drivers with respect. Damaging the vehicle or engaging in threatening or abusive behavior will incur charges for damages.

2.8. Possession of illegal or hazardous materials is prohibited during rides.

3. Charges & Payments:

3.1. Card payments are processed upfront. Card details are not stored, and subsequent payments use secure tokens.

3.2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel 24+ hours before the ride: No charge.

  • Cancel 24—4 hours before the ride: 15% cancellation fee.

  • Cancel within 4 hours or abort during the ride: Full fare charged.

    3.3. Charges apply per vehicle.

4. Additional Charges:

4.1. Cleaning fees (₹150—₹500) apply for incidents like spills or other damages during rides.

4.2. Damage to vehicles or driver property incurs charges based on repair costs plus overheads.

5. Price Adjustments:

5.1. Charges may change if passenger or luggage count exceeds the booking details.

5.2. Route diversions or additional stops may incur extra charges.

5.3. Free waiting time for non-airport pickups is 15 minutes; additional time is chargeable.

6. Airport Trips:

6.1. Airport pickups incur additional charges and include 60 minutes of parking.

6.2. Additional parking fees apply after 60 minutes.

6.3. Drivers wait inside the arrival hall for one hour post-landing. Afterward, waiting charges apply (₹100/hour).

6.4. Flights are monitored, but passengers must inform of delays beyond one hour to avoid confusion.

6.5. Passengers must not leave the airport without informing our office.

6.6. Drivers are not liable for loss or damage to belongings. Passengers must handle their luggage.

7. Waiting Charges:

7.1. Free waiting for airport pickups is 60 minutes post-landing.

7.2. Standard car: ₹100/hour after the free waiting period.

8. Promotions:

8.1. Promotions and voucher codes are subject to specific terms, limited use, and can be revoked at Need Drop Taxi’s discretion.

9. General Provisions:

9.1. Bookings can only be modified or canceled by contacting us directly.

9.2. Illustrations and descriptions are for guidance only.

9.3. Need Drop Taxi may amend terms with prior notice to enhance services.

10. Lost Property:

10.1. We assist with lost property inquiries but are not liable for theft or loss during rides.

10.2. Lost items returned to our office are held for six months.

11. Limited Liability:

11.1. Need Drop Taxi acts as a facilitator connecting users with service providers.

11.2. Responsibility for service quality lies with the service provider, not Need Drop Taxi.

12. Right to Refuse Service:

12.1. Drivers may refuse to carry persons or items deemed unsafe or damaging to the vehicle.

13. Queries:

13.1. Submit all queries in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
